Think Pink

I love the color pink. Absolutely LOVE it. I especially like it in home decor and design. Especially when the color is as gorgeous as this on the wall of this entry way.

Everything about this loveseat appeals to me. The color, style and upholstery. I love it. I want it. Do you think the Husband will go for it? (Perhaps for his birthday?)

The designer, Betsey Johnson. Isn't this apartment glamorous? I like how she balanced out the sweetness of the pink in the dining room with a graphic black and white rug.

Layering different shades of pink ensure that the color isn't overwhelming in this bedroom.

Pink accessories can liven up a room. My fav is the chest of drawers.

I think I would have to choose the chandelier. Of course, the telephone would really be a statement piece.

Despite my love of pink, I have very few items in my home bearing that color. My homemade carnations have different shades of pink. But that is about it.

Unless you consider my perfume...

I would like to add more pink to my decor. I could start with a statement piece. One item that's pink would really stand out. (Check out the octopus art on the wall.)

Or for less of a committment I could just start off with more temporary pops of color like fresh flowers or a pillow.

But then again, if I want to make a statement I might as well go for it, right?
